1. Acceptance of the Buzz Like Bees Terms of Service

These Buzz Like Bees Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Buzz Like Bees. The Buzz Like Bees app is offered at https://buzzlikebees.com.

2. The Buzz Like Bees App

Buzz Like Bees is a live web application — an AI-powered content engine — that lets you:

• Create and edit slideshows and short-form video with text overlays and images inside the Buzz Like Bees editor
• Generate drafts from a brief, a viral pattern, hooks, a remake, or chat
• Export files, or send posts from Buzz Like Bees to TikTok as drafts so you can review them before they go live. Other networks are coming soon
• Schedule posts on the Buzz Like Bees calendar, including Autopilot orders that queue content over days or weeks
• Store a media library and capture website screenshots for use in Buzz Like Bees projects

Buzz Like Bees is a fully operating product, not a waitlist. Some features require a paid Buzz Like Bees subscription after a trial.

3. Accounts

To use the Buzz Like Bees app beyond the public website, you must create a Buzz Like Bees account (email and password or Google via Clerk). You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity on your Buzz Like Bees account. Notify us of unauthorized access at support@buzzlikebees.com.

4. Social Integrations, Including TikTok

The Buzz Like Bees app lets you connect TikTok through OAuth. YouTube, Instagram, and other networks are coming soon. By connecting TikTok to Buzz Like Bees:

• You grant the Buzz Like Bees app permission to post content on your behalf within the scopes you authorize (for TikTok, this includes Login Kit authorization and Content Posting API upload/publish as you configure in Buzz Like Bees)
• You remain solely responsible for every post sent through Buzz Like Bees, including captions, images, music, and compliance with TikTok’s rules
• You must follow each platform’s terms; Buzz Like Bees does not override them
• You may revoke access at any time in Buzz Like Bees (Accounts) or in the platform’s app settings (including revoking the Buzz Like Bees app on TikTok)
• Buzz Like Bees stores tokens only to perform posting you request

Buzz Like Bees sends posts to your TikTok inbox as drafts. Posting as a draft gives you more control to make sure the final content is right before it goes live. You are responsible for finishing or making public any draft in the TikTok app.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you create in the Buzz Like Bees app. You grant Buzz Like Bees a limited license to store, process, render, and deliver that content solely to operate Buzz Like Bees (including sending a TikTok draft when you schedule one). Other networks are coming soon.

You must have the right to use every image, video, text, and audio you upload to Buzz Like Bees. You must not upload content that infringes IP, is illegal or harmful, violates law, or impersonates others.

6. Acceptable Use of the Buzz Like Bees App

You agree not to use Buzz Like Bees to:

• Violate any law or the rules of TikTok, YouTube, or other connected platforms
• Spam, scrape, or abuse connected social platforms
• Interfere with the Buzz Like Bees app or attempt unauthorized access
• Share your Buzz Like Bees account credentials
• Misrepresent that Buzz Like Bees endorses your content

7. Scheduled Posts and Autopilot

When you schedule a post in Buzz Like Bees, it may publish at the scheduled time without a further prompt. Autopilot orders generate and queue content according to the settings you confirm in the Buzz Like Bees app. You remain solely responsible for all published content. Platform outages, TikTok API limits, or account restrictions can delay or block a post; Buzz Like Bees is not liable for failed or delayed publishes.

8. Subscriptions, Trials, and Refunds

Paid Buzz Like Bees plans are billed through Stripe. Trials convert to a paid Buzz Like Bees subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Refund and guarantee terms shown at checkout or in the Buzz Like Bees account billing portal apply. Cancel anytime in Buzz Like Bees account settings or by contacting support@buzzlikebees.com.

9. Availability

Buzz Like Bees aims for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features of the Buzz Like Bees app with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Buzz Like Bees app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzz Like Bees is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Buzz Like Bees app, including data loss, failed or delayed social posts, actions taken by TikTok or YouTube on your content, or errors in scheduling or Autopilot.

11. Third-Party Services

Buzz Like Bees integrates with TikTok, Clerk, Stripe, email, and storage providers. YouTube and other networks are coming soon. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Buzz Like Bees is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that affect the Buzz Like Bees app.

12. Termination

Buzz Like Bees may suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Buzz Like Bees Terms of Service or harms other users, Buzz Like Bees, or third parties. You may stop using the Buzz Like Bees app and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@buzzlikebees.com.

13. Changes to These Buzz Like Bees Terms of Service

Buzz Like Bees may modify these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Buzz Like Bees app after changes means you accept the revised Buzz Like Bees Terms of Service.
