When you create a Buzz Like Bees account (email and password or Google sign-in via Clerk), the Buzz Like Bees app collects:

4. TikTok and Other Third-Party Services

4.1 TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API

The Buzz Like Bees app integrates with TikTok so you can connect your TikTok account and send photo or video posts you create in Buzz Like Bees to your TikTok drafts. Posting as a draft gives you more control to make sure the final content is right before it goes live. When you tap Connect TikTok in the Buzz Like Bees app, TikTok shows an authorization screen for the Buzz Like Bees app. If you approve, TikTok grants Buzz Like Bees tokens limited to the scopes you authorize (typically profile basics needed to identify your account, plus upload and publish permission).

Buzz Like Bees uses TikTok data only to: (1) display which TikTok account is connected, (2) create drafts you schedule or send from Buzz Like Bees, and (3) show delivery status. The Buzz Like Bees app does not sell TikTok data, does not scrape the TikTok platform, and does not use TikTok data to build unrelated advertising profiles. YouTube, Instagram, and other networks are coming soon.

You can disconnect TikTok at any time in Buzz Like Bees (Accounts) or by revoking the Buzz Like Bees app in TikTok’s settings. Disconnecting deletes or invalidates stored TikTok tokens for that Buzz Like Bees account.

4.2 Other processors

The Buzz Like Bees app shares data with service providers only as needed to operate Buzz Like Bees:

• TikTok: photo/video files, titles, and captions when Buzz Like Bees sends a draft you scheduled
• YouTube: not connected for posting today. YouTube posting is coming soon
• Clerk: authentication for your Buzz Like Bees account
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions for Buzz Like Bees
• Resend: transactional email from Buzz Like Bees
• Object storage: uploaded and exported media

4.3 No sale of personal data

Buzz Like Bees does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Connecting TikTok is optional; the rest of the Buzz Like Bees app still works if you export files instead of sending a TikTok draft. Other networks are coming soon.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Buzz Like Bees app uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in (via Clerk) and to operate the website. These are required for the Buzz Like Bees app to function. Buzz Like Bees does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

• Delete projects, images, and scheduled posts

• Export content before deletion
• Opt out of non-essential Buzz Like Bees emails in account settings

7. Data Retention and Security

Buzz Like Bees retains your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Buzz Like Bees app. When you delete content or disconnect an account, we remove or anonymize it within a reasonable time, unless we must keep a record for legal, security, or billing reasons.

The Buzz Like Bees app uses HTTPS, access controls so other customers cannot see your projects, and secure storage of OAuth tokens. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Buzz Like Bees app is not intended for children under 13. Buzz Like Bees does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to the Buzz Like Bees app, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

The Buzz Like Bees app is operated from https://buzzlikebees.com. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using Buzz Like Bees, you consent to those transfers as needed to provide the Buzz Like Bees app.
